Nighttime Security Guard/Outside Patrol Secure Lot

Position: Nighttime Outside Security

Location: 3501 Benson Avenue Baltimore, MD 21227

Schedule: Night Shift, Monday-Thursday- 10:00pm until 6:00am / Some weekends and Holidays may occasionally be required.

We are seeking a dependable, mature, and observant Nighttime Outside Security Guard to monitor and patrol our secure outdoor lot during overnight hours. The ideal candidate is reliable, alert and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Patrol the outdoor lot on a regular schedule
  • Monitor entrances, exits and the perimeter for unauthorized activity
  • Observe and report suspicious behavior or security concerns to management
  • Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports
  • Ensure Gates and access points remain secure
  • Respond calmly and professionally to emergencies or unusual situations
  • Communicate with management and law enforcement when necessary

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous security experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work independently and remain attentive throughout the shift
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are a must
  • Strong communication and observation skills
  • Must be able to walk, stand, drive and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Background check required
